Lily Allen dating 45-Year-Old Millionaire

Lily Allen was reportedly dating 45-year-old millionaire Jay Joplin. Joplin and Allen were seen kissing and cuddling inside a yacht in the Caribbean island of St. Barts. Joplin, who is 22 years older than Allen, separated from his wife in September.
